Subsidiary Police Training Centre Talwara Organized “HIV/AIDS & COVID Awareness Program” At STC Talwara

One day awareness program was organized on "HIV/AID & COVID" at STC Talwara in collaboration with the Health Department, Reasi. All the trainees as well as staff members attended to the program.

While speaking on the occasion, Dr. Rakesh Raina, (MBBS, MD) Sr. Consultant & Physician, District Hospital Reasi called for launching a strong movement against HIV/AIDS with the active involvement of various stake-holders of the society. Trainees and staff of STC Talwara were awared about the prevention & precautions required to be taken from the protections of these viruses.

He said this incurable disease is consuming the lives of large number of people, irrespective of sex, age and class worldwide. He said awareness is the key factor to keep away from this self invited disease and this can be done with the collective efforts. Sh. Jameel Ahmed SSP, Principal STC Talwara thanked the team of doctors to spare their time from busy schedule to make the program successful."
