The 'Shiv Sena Janatechya Dari' campaign, organised by Shiv Sena and the Siddhesh Kadam Foundation in Mumbai throughout June, offered free government services like Ayushman Bharat Cards and Aadhaar registration to over 25,000 citizens. Chairman Siddhesh Kadam reviewed the initiative aimed at simplifying public access.

The campaign commenced on 7 June in the Dindoshi and Goregaon Assembly constituencies, followed by camps in Andheri East and Jogeshwari East on 14 June, Versova and Andheri West on 21 June, and concluded with Malad West and Kandivali East on 28 June. Every camp received an exceptional turnout and enthusiastic participation from residents.

The mega camps offered a comprehensive range of essential government services under one roof, free of cost. These included registration for Ayushman Bharat Cards, Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Jan Arogya Yojana, Smart Ration Cards, Senior Citizen Cards, Residence Certificates, PAN Cards, Income Certificates, Aadhaar Card registration and correction services, and Proof of Residence Certificates. By providing document verification and registration at a single location, the initiative significantly benefited senior citizens, women, and youth by eliminating the need to visit multiple government offices.

Shiv Sena s Doorstep Service Campaign Reaches 25 000

Mr. Siddhesh Kadam, Chairman of the Maharashtra Pollution Control Board (MPCB) and Secretary of Shiv Sena, personally visited the camps every Sunday to review the arrangements and interact directly with citizens.

Speaking on the initiative, Mr. Siddhesh Kadam said:

"This campaign is not limited to the North-West Mumbai Lok Sabha constituency or North Mumbai. It will be expanded across the entire city. The vision of public service and dynamic leadership of Shiv Sena Chief Leader and Hon'ble Deputy Chief Minister Shri Eknath Shinde continues to inspire us. Our primary objective is to ensure that every government welfare scheme and public service reaches even the last citizen at the grassroots level."

While Sundays are traditionally reserved for rest and leisure, Shiv Sainiks, inspired by the vision of Hon'ble Deputy Chief Minister Shri Eknath Shinde, dedicated every Sunday entirely to public service. Local elected representatives, division heads, deputy division heads, branch chiefs, members of the Mahila Aghadi, Yuva Sena office-bearers, and committed Shiv Sainiks worked tirelessly to organise each mega camp efficiently. Volunteers guided citizens through every step of the process, from filling out application forms to completing document verification, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.

The organisers reaffirmed their commitment to continuing this spirit of service, stating that Shiv Sainiks will remain dedicated to serving the people of Mumbai every Sunday in the future as well.
