Pune: Father rapes girl; asks her to sleep with colleagues

Pune, July 30: We all know that female fraternity is no longer safe on this planet and this is proved by the number of rapes, molestation and sexual assault cases are reported daily.

This time, a shocking incident of a father raping his daughter has come from an up-market residential colony in Pune.

It has been reported that the Pune based-company's CEO has been raping his daughter from three years.

The heinousness committed by him doesn't end here. The monstrous father reportedly even asked her daughter, who is learnt to be a second year Commerce student, to sleep with his colleagues.

The Pune police said that the girl has recorded her statement saying her father has sexually harassed her.

The girl also told police that she left her home three months ago and after coming back she narrated the whole incident to her grandfather, who also beat her up and raped her on Thursday.

Then, the victim confided her ordeal to her mother and mustered courage to approach police on Friday.

Rajendra Malik, senior investigating cop of Pune crime branch said, "The accused is a CEO in a Pune-based company. His daughter told us that she was raped by him for three years and often asked to ‘sleep' with his colleagues and strangers when she was taken to ‘business trips' by her father. We have lodged and FIR and investigating the case."

Meanwhile, on the basis of the girl's statement, the police has arrested the grandfather of the victim under various sections of Indian Penal Code (IPC).

The accused father of the girl, who separated from his wife 3 years ago, is absconding and hunt is on to nab him.

Police also claims to have arrested two women colleagues of the accused father, who accompanied him when the victim was raped.
