RJD's tech-savvy face is Lalu Prasad's son Tejaswi Yadav

Patna, Feb 5: He raised a lot of eyebrows when he joined Twitter last month, but the former Bihar CM

already has more than 11 thousand followers. But little do we know that Lalu's social media presence is being handled by his 25-year-old son Tejaswi Yadav.

According to a report on NDTV (read here), Tejaswi, who is also the apparent heir to RJD after Lalu, on Sunday hosted a tea party for some of his Facebook friends and over rounds of tea, they spoke about the Lalu's governance in the state.

After Lalu was convicted in the Fodder scam and was sent to jail, Tejaswi took in charge of the party and put in place processes that his father would have disapproved of earlier.

Tejaswi handles Lalu's twitter handle on a daily basis

Initially Lalu had said that he had no idea about IT or technology but once he joined the social media bandwagon, he tweeted 'only change is constant.'

Tejaswi handles Lalu's twitter acount on a daily basis and also acknowledges the important of online and social media presence for the party. "Lalu ji has a twitter account, we have a Facebook page. Social media is a very good platform." he said.
