Property dealer shot dead in Bihar

Darbhanga (Bihar), Sep 6: A property dealer was shot dead by unidentified assailants near a petrol pump under Bahadurpur police station area in this district today.

Two motorcycle-borne assailants had asked the victim, Shankar Mandal, to meet them at Saidnagar petrol pump.

As soon as Mandal reached there, the duo fired at him from close range killing him on the spot, Sub-Divisional Police Officer (SDPO) Dilnawaz Ahmed said.

One of the attackers was arrested, he added.
