Bihar's Panchayati Raj Mminister Bhim Singh on Wednesday said that Modi hires a 'professional beautician' for himself who charges Rs 1 lakh per day!

The controversial minister even went on to say that "Modi's speeches lack merit and were full of expressions and gestures, nothing else".

He even raised a question on BJP's stand against corruption by saying, "It was because of the efforts of Narendra Modi that corrupt former Karnataka chief minister, B S Yeddyurappa, has been brought back to the BJP. This is how the BJP would fight battle against corruption and black money in India?"

Remember, the controversial minister Bhim Singh had created a flutter over his remarks on slain Indian soldiers last year...

The 'motormouth' Singh had said, "Jawans are born to be martyred. Why else do people join Army and the police force?"

Although, later he tendered an apology as Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar forced him to make an immediate unconditional apology to the bereaved families of soldiers.
