What's cooking? Jitan Ram Manjhi leaves Nitish's residence with smiling face
Patna, Feb 7: Bihar Chief Minister Jitan Manjhi on Saturday met his predecessor Nitish Kumar at his residence for a discussion over the political tension in the state but left with a smiling face. He later appealed to the cabinet dissolve the state assembly but it was turned down.
Reports later said that the meeting proved to be inconclusive as supporters of both the current and the former chief ministers clashed at several parts of the state, putting up blockades.

Manjhi, who is firm on his chief ministership, had called a cabinet meeting before meeting Kumar but state ministers PK Shahi and Rajiv Ranjan Singh skipped it, prompting some quarters to feel that the situation isn't in Manjhi's favour.
