JD-U legislator files FIR against Katju
Patna, Sep 28: A Janata Dal-United MLC in Bihar has filed an FIR against former Supreme Court judge Markandey Katju for his sarcastic comment about Bihar on social media.
Neeraj Kumar on Tuesday said he has lodged an FIR against Katju as his comment hurt 10.5 crore Biharis, living in the state, in India and abroad.

Offering a package deal to Pakistan, Katju wrote on social networking sites that the neighbouring country could get Kashmir if it was ready to take Bihar as well.
"It's a package deal. You have to take the whole package or none at all. Either you take both Kashmir and Bihar or nothing. We will not give you Kashmir alone," Katju tweeted as well as posted on Facebook on Monday.
