FIR against Bihar minister for mentally harassing woman
The FIR lodged by Assistant Director of Patna DD said that the minister had intimidated her over the phone on November 22 . Following this some people, anti-socials according to him, visited her home two days back and threatened her.
Police officials said that they were probing the case.

However the opposition took notice of the issue and thereby sought his resignation. But Rajak quashed these claims and cried foul. "I telephoned her to look into some departmental issue which another employee of DD had brought to me," he told reporters outside state Assembly on Friday.
He went on to add that these claims of mental harassment were false and fabricated and that this was a political conspiracy against him.
Rajak is the Food and Supplies minister in Nitish Kumar's government.
