Zaid Khan’s dream debut Banaras creates record hype with its trailer

The latest pan India film to come out of Sandalwood, Banaras has been creating hype since the day it was announced. Now with the launch of the trailer recently, it has upped the curiosity factor even further.

Having been launched in a star-studded event that also saw Ravichandran and Arbaaz Khan, the trailer has already notched over 10 million views across five languages. The movie which is the launch pad of Zaid Khan, son of politician Zameer Ahmed, sees Sonal Monteiro as his leading lady. Based on time travel, the trailer has generated immense anticipation amongst fans.

At an age when Kannada films are being feted nation wide, Banaras will also join the slew of pan-India releases from Karnataka that will also release in Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu, Malayalam and Hindi. The team is optimistic that the film will receive a warm reception amongst audiences across the nation. Produced by National Khan Productions, Banaras has music by Ajaneesh Lokanth and will hit theatres on November 4.
