Youth Icon of India Karan Kapoor taking fitness field on next level

There is a belief that you can do anything if you really want. No matter how many difficulties you face. if you have clear goals, you can achieve anything, but you will have to face all the obstacles and overcome them during the journey. The same was proved by Kanpur's Fitness Model Karan Kapoor, who has faced many obstacles on his way to becoming a champion in Fitness Modelling. Karan is the first person in Kanpur to receive the title of "Mr. World.

Karan has won more than 20 medals, including the Overall Pro Mens Physique Champion in Mr World Championship.

Family & Carrer

Karan hails from a Punjabi family. He is the only son and having four elder sisters. While he completed his education at Stepping Stones Intermediate College in 2012, he received his Bachelor's degree from the C.S.J.M. university in 2016.

Although he was one of the most active kids in school and extensively participated in cultural and sports activities, people still used to call him fat too often. Such kind of behaviour deranged him and eventually led him to his present-day passion, fitness. He has participated in numerous national and international competitions and made a name for himself in the global fitness industry, especially among the youngsters.

Social Media Role

When Karan started getting serious about fitness, he started uploading photos and videos on the internet to encourage others to start their own fitness journeys.
In 2021, he joined the Moj app, and his fame skyrocketed. Karan said: "My content has been well received by my audience, and I was able to inspire a lot of people with it. I used to post about exercise and nutrition advice on my Moj profile and have received a lot of positive feedback so far."

Consistency , Fitness & Diet

He believes fitness shouldn't be sidelined by a busy lifestyle. On fitness tips, Karan says: "Being fit is the most important thing for a healthy life. Even if you have a tough job or any other obligation, you must stay fit. Because diet has the biggest impact on your health and weight, make sure you eat healthy, home-cooked meals. You can also find exercises that can be done anywhere and require less equipment, including jogging, walking or climbing stairs. "My fitness mantra is to make fitness a lifestyle. Staying fit should always be the only option rather than a choice. Prioritizing your fitness schedule over a busy lifestyle will pay a lot higher rewards in terms of health and happiness. Everyone's body needs are different, so I researched my own and devised a well-balanced eating plan. When I was training for the competition, I followed a strict diet. I was on a low-carb, high-protein diet that required me to exclude roti, white rice, sugar, milk, spicy, gravy-based foods, preserved foods, and fast food from my diet. Boiled egg whites, boiled chicken, salads, fruits, black coffee, green tea, brown rice, brown bread, omelette, and peanut butter were all part of my daily diet". He learned lot of things from his inspiration Vidyut Jammawal

Next target ?

Karan believe that fitness does not imply having six-pack abs; rather, people should take their time on this path and find their own inspiration. Fitness is not a forced idea, and it will only help you live a healthy life by lowering your risk of illness. His primary ambition is to represent India in numerous international contests and to make the country proud of me. Mr. World was only the start. Apart from that, he will continue to create content for his fanbase to educate and push individuals to begin their fitness journey. He wants to continue to motivate people on his journey to the epitome of fitness. For Mr. World, it seems this is just the beginning.
