Womennovator to Host High-Impact Roundtable on Enhancing Female Labor Force Participation Ratio Campaign (FLFPR).

Womennovator is proud to announce an upcoming roundtable discussion focused on the critical issue of the Female Labor Force Participation Ratio Campaign (FLFPR) organized by GVRIKSH in association with Young FICCI Ladies Organisation (YFLO) supported by UN Women, Startup India Hosted by Indian National Science Academy with Community Partner M3M Foundation, Udyam Bharat Manch Sportzon, Dailyhunt.

This roundtable will serve as an open house for a diverse group of stakeholders, including educators, policymakers, industry leaders, and NGO representatives, to collaborate on actionable solutions. Esteemed guests include Payal Kanodia, Kanta Singh, and Ashutosh Sharma, along with representatives from prominent institutions such as Delhi University, (Birla Institute of Technology and Science) BITS, and Indian Institutes of Technology (IIT).

Tripti Shinghal Somani, Founder of Womennovator and a partner at KG Somani, will unveil a comprehensive white paper prepared for the Ministry of Education. This pivotal document advocates for a significant amendment in the education policy, proposing the inclusion of conversion rate tracking as a critical parameter for college evaluation under the FLFPR Campaign. The aim is to establish a robust ecosystem that supports women in transitioning from academic achievements to professional success.

The gap between women's educational attainments and their workforce participation is a pressing issue that demands immediate and concerted efforts.
