Junaid Dhebar is the owner and Managing Director of Hotel Vennington Court, located in Raipur. Junaid is an ambitious young man who advocates social welfare and uplifting the underprivileged people. Throughout his journey as the managing director of Vennington Court, Junaid has carried out some magnificent social work on behalf of the hotel. His passion to serve the people has reaped growth for his businesses and contentment for Junaid. Before the Hotel Vennington Court, Dhebars ran a famous chain of restaurants all over Raipur. During this time, Junaid was pursuing hotel management, and in 2016, Vennington Court came to life. It is one of the most reputable and famous hotels in all of Raipur and popular all over India for actively partaking in charitable work.

With Vennington Court, Junaid also manages a real estate company and a home developer venture - A Dhebar Buildcon. It is a premium building project to create meticulous homes crafted with excellent workmanship. With these ventures, Junaid has built and delivered more than 500 beautiful homes for families all over Chhattisgarh. Junaid plans on expanding all his business and reaching more people in Chhattisgarh. He is also a recognised member of the Confederation of Real Estate Developers' Association of India (CREDAI) Chhattisgarh - an apex body of private real estate builders and developers. Junaid also runs other ventures in iron and steel, agro trading, etc.

As a good citizen of India, Junaid realises his social responsibilities and actively participates in charitable events. He also began social welfare initiatives, campaigns to promote Covid-19 awareness, relief funds, and more. Junaid's philanthropy is famous in all of Raipur and sets a benchmark for people walking the road of social work. He volunteered to organise blood donation camps for blood banks and hospitals. The blood donation camp received an overwhelming response from the public. Junaid, too, donated blood in these camps.

To set up a flood relief fund for the families affected by the 2018 Kerela floods, Hotel Vennington offered a 25% discount to its customers. The total sum of the discounted amount was donated to the families deeply affected by the floods. In 2019, Junaid began 'Dada ki Rasoi', a social initiative that takes place 365 days a year at Ambedkar Hospital in Raipur. The purpose of this initiative is to serve wholesome meals for simple 10 bucks, to the patients' relatives present in the hospital.
