The Inspiring story of Freddy Naidu, a professional bodybuilder creating a stride
"If you want to achieve your dreams then don't leave things on tomorrow, start it today itself," this is the mantra that Freddy Naidu, a USA-based Indian (Asian) origin athlete believes in. Trained by the renowned National level bodybuilder Andrew Vu, Freddy is a hard-working professional athlete in the IFBB Pro League Bodybuilding World. The young wrestler has created a name for himself in the professional Bodybuilding world through his sheer hard work and dedication.

Freddy Naidu, whose parents are from the South Indian City of Bengaluru has emerged as one of the strongest athletes who has carved a niche in the field of bodybuilding. The fitness enthusiast has always been keen when it comes to the sports of wrestling and bodybuilding. Having wrestled since the age of five, Freddy has come a long way following his dream. After wrestling for UTA for a while, he realized that it was high time for him to start working passionately towards attaining a body that would be perfectly in shape and that can take him to the next big level.
There comes a 'moment of epiphany' in everyone's life and so was the case with Freddy Naidu. He was introduced to the world of professional bodybuilding competition by his close friend and his coach and mentor Andrew Vu. Freddy, at first glance, was in love with the sport. From stage presence to neck-to-neck competition, he was attracted to everything about the competition. Working hard and making it big in the field was his only goal and he started chasing his dream with all his pursuits. He competed at the NPC North Americans InPittsburgh in the year 2014 and won his class in the men's physique division and earned the prestigious IFBB Pro League Pro Card. Following this success, in 2016, he won his first pro show and earned qualifications, and competed at the 2016 Mr. Olympia held in Las Vegas.
Being in such a professional sport, one cannot afford to overlook anything be it their training session or workout and Freddy Naidu, being a professional athlete, takes care of every nitty-gritty in order to maintain a perfect body.
Talking about his motivation and future goals, Freddy Naidu says, "I have always been passionate about professional bodybuilding and to put things from an honest perspective, my parents have been rock-solid support to me in my career. Both my Mom and Dad have always been supportive in my bodybuilding career, they never stopped me for anything and it is because of their blessings that I am where I am now. Also, the competitiveness of the sport is something which I deeply admire. Having competed last in 2018, it was not time for Freddy To move one to grow the sport that he loves so much. The year 2016 was a great year for Freddy; it was also the year where I got married to the love of my life, and the year he was offered to become promoters for the NPC. It was this year where Freddy launched his first inaugural NPC BATTLE OF TEXAS, which he co-promote with IFBB PRO league athlete, my co-promoter and work wife SheilaheBrown. Five years later, he has one of the biggest shows in Texas and the most spoken about show in the country. Freddypromotes two shows under his company BATTLE UP PRODUCTIONS. His first show of the year, takes place inAugust, called the IFBB Pro League Texas Pro and NPC Texas Classic. His second show, which is his flagship show, isheld in December called the Battle Of Texas Super-show.
It won't be wrong to say that Freddy Naidu is a complete talent package as he has been a fitness enthusiast, a collegiatewrestler, a professional bodybuilder & a successful businessman. Often called 'a giant killer' in his category, Freddy has a long and bright career in the world of bodybuilding and his hard work and determination is something that has made him reach where he is now and he vouches to continue his hard work.
