Success begins when you take responsibility for your own life, said the World's #1 Management Guru, Brian Tracy at Success Gyan's fifth Super Growth Summit, held on November 13. Brian Tracy, in his first virtual session for India, said: "The key to success is to take full control over your lives and to never blame anybody. You say, 'I Am Responsible'. Second, decide exactly what you want and set goals. Describe your goals in the present tense, as if they were already true. You then set into motion the law of attraction, which brings the right people and circumstances in your life, and moves your goal closer towards you."

Sharing his own story, he shared: "When I was growing up, I dropped out of school and worked at labouring jobs. After I worked at a farmer's farm for the harvest season, the only job I could find was knocking at doors and selling. A person making 10X as much as everyone else in sales, taught me the key to making sales was asking questions, listening closely to the customer and suggesting ideas about how their lives could be so much better with your product. The law of cause and effect says, if you do what other successful people do, you'd get the same result. So, I started teaching other people that."

Brian was joined by Nick Vujicic as a keynote speaker for the event along with 13 other world-class trainers.

Sharing how COVID-19 revealed cracks in the foundation of what we thought was pretty solid - healthcare systems, finances, economies, governance, businesses and relationships, Blair Singer, world-renowned speaker and the bestselling author said: "Things that we want the most as a human race are not being taught in school. Jumping into the void the education system is leaving open, is a gigantic opportunity. Every business has a lag time, and the longest lag is in the education sector - about 50 years from ideation to implementation. On YouTube, 500 hours of content is being uploaded every minute, and people are consuming a billion hours every day, because they realise they have to bypass the education system. In order to teach, keep three things in mind. One, what you teach has to be relevant. Two, the way you teach and get people to transform their own minds, is more important than the topic you're teaching. Third, it's you - who you are, how you show up."

Speaking about how to scale up a business, leading business coach Rajiv Talreja took the viewers through five stages of a business -- Struggle, Survival, Stability, Success, and Scale -- and shared: "Moving from one stage to the next is not a function of time, but of milestones. If you're in the Struggle phase, you need to find the right target audience and identify the product or service customers will buy. To move from survival to stability, a business owner must ensure operations, sales and marketing all are growing in alignment. Then, to move to Success, you need to build a second line of leaders. Finally, to get to the Scale stage, focus on decentralizing your management and hiring management level people just managers."

Puja Puneet, life designer and the founder and CEO of Life by Design; shared: "We all have two lives: the life we live and the unlived life within us. Between them stands resistance, in the form of an invisible, negative inner voice. The closer you get to the finishing line, the more powerful it gets. This can take the form of doubt and fear, overwhelm, and procrastination."

Singapore-based trainer, athlete and author Thaddeus Lawrence, while applying the principles of the field in life, shared: "To get through the finish line, you have to get past the start line. To get to the start line, you need consistent habits of success, people are struggling with consistency and they don't persevere." He then spoke about building capability, seeking help where needed, not outsourcing one's life's authority to someplace else, and overcoming identity crisis by merging your ideal self with your current self.

Speaking about the ACE (Awareness Changes Everything) mindset, transformation coach Prachi Mayekar shares three steps to a better life: "Set your intention everyday. Live your life not by accident, but by intention. Focus on the intention for 68 seconds with all your energy. Then, give a clear and precise command to your mind about what it is that you seek. How you feel determines the result".

Sawan Kapoor, India's leading Career Coach shared: "Your career development is based on your personal development. You have to win in your eyes before you win the eyes of the world. Mastering the job search process is not an optional skill anymore, but rather a necessity for survival." He added: "Getting hired is a three-step process. First, you have to be visible to the company, it gets to know you, then if you say the right things, it begins to like you, and then it begins to trust you. Your ability to negotiate a strong salary depends on how they get to know you."

The Super Growth Summit is one of Success Gyan's flagship virtual events and is the brainchild of the founder, Surendran J. Surendran's dream is to make India an inspiration hub for the world by encouraging every Indian to fulfil his/her desire for self growth and knowledge.
