Social Activist Amir Rashid Wani is making the world a better place
The world is full of unlikely heroes. We can find heroes around us, a hero is someone who is selfless and put the good of others before his own. The same is the story of Amir Rashid Wani. He is a student turned social activist who made it his duty to help the people of his place in times of distress. Amir Rashid Wani is the Chairman nd Founder of a government-recognized and approved organization called Mooj Kasheer Welfare Trust".

It was of some time back when the world got one of hid another hero in Amir. Amir Rashid Wani a social activist and philanthropist. He is as well an influencer and is influencing thousands of people to help those who are in need.
In 2019 when Kashmir went into a pause due to the abrogation of Article 370, students and people who lived someplace else due to studies or work went into total distress. They were not able to communicate with any of their family members. This was building a situation of stress every place else. He was a savior at that time for months.
The main focus of his organization is to help poor kids. Ironically, amir was also just a kid when an incident touched him so much that he decided that day to help people in the future. "His Journey started when a class 11th Kashmiri boy, from Goigam Magam Baramulla, decided to accompany his father for his monthly visit to meet a less fortunate family living on the outskirts of his town. He was the typical carefree teenager, living in the moment, enjoying life, till he met this family of 8, living in a small broken-down tin-roofed hut. An old father who could hardly see or fend for himself, 6 daughters to be married off. A wife who could barely provide the day's meal. Amir's father would visit this family and help them with whatever he could.''
This incident affected his child's mind he was determined to help the world one day and so he did and will keep doing. He helped thousands during the time of COVID-19 by going above and beyond his ways.
He received a number of awards for his tremendous work in this area of social work. He received the YOUNGEST SOCIAL WORKER AWARD, BEST SOCIAL WORKER, COVID-19 WARRIOR AWARD 2020-2021, and UNESCO award by Jammu & Kashmir goverment.
