Shilp Group has been serving Ahmedabad real estate needs since 2004 with Mr. Yash Brahmbhatt as the CEO and founder of the group. As explained by Yash the concept emerged from the word 'Craft' which means 'Shilp' in Hindi. During an interaction, the owner of Shilp Group, Mr. Yash Brahmbhatt mentioned, 'I participated in an auction of AUDA in the year 2004 and the idea was to be a part of the real estate business. This is when I bid and got a piece of land, marking the start of my dream business. The first building was made at Jodhpur Cross Roads. We explored many areas including Gurukul, Drive-In, Vastrapur, Shilaj, Shela, Science City, and Sindhu Bhawan Road amongst others. I was glad to get an opportunity to keep building commercial as well as residential projects. Soon we took greater heights and built HCG Hospital in the year 2009, which is considered one of the premium hospitals of Ahmedabad. The year 2013 was a year of exploration. We set our foot on a new territory and built our very first project on Sindhu Bhavan Road which is now the most happening space in Ahmedabad.'
