Mooz Graffiti takes on the mantle of putting India on the map of world graffiti

The art of graffiti was never new to a place like India, but it never had the grit it has now. With new artists taking to the streets now and then, the art form has been rejuvenated by the collective endeavor of established and young artists. One such artist who has been paving the way and fostering young artists is Mooz Graffiti.

Quite a well-known figure already in the graffiti world, Mooz's artworks can be seen all across the walls of Navi Mumbai, and the suburbs. Once abandoned, decrepit walls have been turned into attractive canvases that sport beautiful artworks.

Mooz Graffiti

Mooz is known for painting captivating art pieces by blending modern techniques, shapes, & designs with the essence of the city, i.e. the iconic best buses, Gateway of India, etc. His use of bold, contrasting colors creates a visual symphony, drawing attention to the dynamic energy within his pieces. His works are also heavily influenced by his love for comics & animation which never fail to leave the fans spellbound by the creations.

Last year was an eventful one for Mooz. He took enormous strides in cementing India's place in the world of graffiti as he went on four international tours and collaborated with some of the biggest brands. He also received the Graffiti Artist of the Year award which is a testament to his invaluable contribution in expanding graffiti as an art form in India.

Mooz remains a symbol of creative resilience and a driving force behind Mumbai's ever-evolving urban art movement. His legacy as a pioneer continues to inspire a vibrant and eclectic graffiti culture in the city that never sleeps
