Sachin Tambe currently serves as the State Secretary of Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha, Maharashtra, and Chairman of Kranti Yuvak Mandal (Registered), apart from being the Executive Member of K.J Somaiya College, Kopargaon, Director of Swami Vivekanand Credit Society, Rahata, Advisor at Dwarkamai Home for Old, Shirdi, Organizer at Vedatirtha Adhyatmic Pratishtan, Shirdi, while being active in the district in struggle procession organized by Bharatiya Janata Party.

He has always remained at the forefront of doing exceptional work for society right from being a Swayamsevak of RSS from childhood to establishing Kranti Yuvak Mandal Organization, a non-political organization, and also organizing excellent youth trekking and mountaineering camps/programs for the last fifteen years under the brand "Kranti Trackers."

Under Kranti Yuvak Mandal Organization, he carried out a myriad of activities like providing guidance to Sai Baba devotees at Shirdi for enabling hassle-free Darshan, organizing many entertainment and social activities for Dwarkamai Age Old Home, disaster relief activities for Sai Baba devotees during natural/unnatural calamities, organizing camps, and expert discourses on de-addition for youth, organizing coaching camps and felicitation of meritorious students for school children, participating in various religious activities, under which many celebrations and events are carried out. They had even participated in the smooth organization of Mahaparayana, where 10,000 devotees offered praying at B. K. Complex Mumbai.

And not just that, under his brand" Kranti Trackers," Sachin Tambe and his team carry out cleaning activities in the mountains during trekking and mountaineering as the main agenda, covering many mountain peaks and forts.
