Kidskintha announces Global InclYOUsion Summit on Neurodiversity in partnership with Vanderbilt University
HYDERABAD, India - Kidskintha, a global parenting and educator collective, has announced the Global InclYOUsion Summit(TIS 2023), an online event designed to raise awareness on inclusion of neurodiversity as a critical strategic component of DEI initiatives to solve the talent puzzle.
Neurodiversity goes beyond traditional diversity initiatives, embracing individuals with a spectrum of unique cognitive capabilities that shape how they learn, socialize, perceive, problem-solve and interact with the world around them.

Successful companies understand that diversity, equity, and inclusion are not just buzzwords, but vital drivers of growth and development. Incorporating neurodiversity inclusion into Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives is not just a matter of social responsibility; it's a strategic imperative for forward-thinking organizations.
Not just that, schools that embrace inclusion are seen to achieve better learning outcomes for everyone- not just neurodiverse students.
The Summit is presented in collaboration with The Frist Center for Autism & Innovation, the MGNCRE, Ministry of Education as knowledge partners and Dailyhunt, Josh and OneIndia as official media partners.
The InclYOUsion Summit will go live from September 20-22nd and will feature 45+ expert presenters covering topics including neurodiversity as a Diversity initiative, hiring & onboarding accommodations for neurodiverse workforce, assistive technology, accessibility and innovation, leveraging virtual reality for inclusive design of spaces, designing career progression, leadership approaches for neurodiversity parental advocacy, caregiver inclusion at work, strengths-based approach to education and many more topics!
More than 10000 participants from around the world have attended Kidskintha's previous three virtual summits, and through a strategic partnership with many outreach partners, InclYOUsion 2023 is expected to reach a wide range of participants.
