Joginder Singh Bedi, the First Punjabi to Bag a Leadership Award at 2.0 Conference in Dubai

Having marked his presence in the world of Digital Marketing, Bedi has taken up the role of a mentor for the youth interested in creating a place for themselves in the field.

"While I was growing up, the world around me was changing fast and adapting the change was the only way to carve out a good future for myself. I wanted to make a name in the field of digital marketing and I followed it with my head and heart," shares Bedi.

Being the first Punjabi to bag Leadership award at 2.0 conference in Dubai, Joginder Singh Bedi takes pride in the fact that he did not climb up the ladder alone but took along his teammates and colleagues as well.

Recounting his experiences at Dubai conference Bedi remarks, "Sharing the stage with leading influencers, social media strategists, consultancies, and professionals from varied fields was indeed an eye opener for me. I leant and implemented a large number of concepts in my business and life," he adds.

In his capacity as a leading digital marketer in India, Bedi in his address at the conference emphasized upon the role of a leader in giving direction and motivating the team.

Bedi like a true teacher calls upon his young followers stick to some basics which he believes go a lang way in the making of a good leader. It is essential to become a good pupil as there is no age or time to learn, instead learning should be constant, states Bedi.

As an influencer, Bedi feels that "Building Credibility" and following "Work Ethics" are the two moist important components of a start-up. He strongly believes that every leader and team should work keeping in mind the above two.
