Fitness Coach Deepali Gupta empowers women to strengthen the core and pelvic floor muscles

She has been instrumental in driving the lives of many pregnant ladies, guiding them to lead a healthy road towards pregnancy and even post pregnancy guiding them to strengthen their core and pelvic floor. We can call pregnancy to be a critical time for the ladies who are on the verge of giving birth to a baby.

The workshop was organized at Freedom Park, near Swargate at Pune wherein ladies around 50 to 60 were present at the session conducted by Deepali Gupta. The fitness coach guided the ladies present in the workshop and shared many tips and tricks that can help in resolving the issues with pelvic floor muscles. Life of pregnant ladies turn upside down when we look at them from a health and fitness perspective and workshops like these help the ladies to address the problem.
