Despite significant improvement in recent years, children continue to be denied access to quality education. We must recognize that education and development are inextricably linked. The importance of education in emerging countries is critical, as a lack of education leads to poverty and delayed economic progress, particularly in developing countries. With the ideology, one name that has been revolutionizing the education sector is Dr. Maqsood Ahmed offering free counseling to students, especially for students who live in places where they don't have access to the essential facilities, infrastructure, or other critical conditions for pursuing their education.

Dr. Maqsood Ahmed of Nizamia Group of Education transcends education sector with his work

He is the creator of the Nizamia Education Group, as well as the Managing Director of Nizamia Consultancy Pvt Ltd, the President of the Nizamia Education Trust, and the Co-Chairperson of the Education Committee of the International Chamber of Media and Entertainment Industry. Nizamia Education Group aspires to have influenced the lives of 1,00,000 students by providing them with the greatest degree of education, which is the world's most important gift to anyone, by the year 2025.

Talking about his perspective towards the reconstruction of the education system in the country, Dr. Maqsood Ahmed said, "Nowadays, school children are only allowed to study academics but in my opinion, we must also ensure that education should provide children with the required life skills. Also, due to the lack of well-trained teachers, inadequate learning materials, and unsuitable school facilities, the most vulnerable groups including children living in slums, and children with disabilities are most likely to be harmed. Therefore, a good teacher proves to be a valuable asset for all the learners."

He further added, "I also believe that girls and women who are educated are healthier, earn more money, and offer better health care for themselves and their future children. These benefits are also passed down from generation to generation and across communities, making girls' education one of the best investments a country can make."

Dr. Maqsood Ahmed was recently presented with the Iconic Achiever- Young Entrepreneur of the Year award at Marketing Summit 2.0 by Kotler. He was also named "Youngest Edupreneur of India" by N.C.S. at the Indian Ethnic Fashion Show. He grew in a disadvantaged hamlet and now advises hundreds of students each year on how to get into India's top-tier professional institutes and pursue their career goals.

Nizamia Education Group was founded in 2012 and after a few years, the group decided to spread the concept to the North-East of India and the state of Bihar, which are two of India's few places without access to high-quality education. NEG has already changed the lives of over 10,000 students through its ambitious projects. Through good counseling, Dr. Maqsood Ahmed wants to empower those individuals who are on the academic journey.

This bonafide veteran believes that children who have access to high-quality educational programs do better in school and in life. Access to education can improve residents' economic and financial well-being and decide future generations' possibilities, particularly in underdeveloped nations. Students come to Dr. Maqsood for career guidance and educational assistance from Afghanistan, Nepal, Bangladesh, Nigeria, Kenya, Bhutan, and other nations. The Nizamia Scholarship Test (NST) is a merit-based scholarship exam held by NEG every year with the goal of giving scholarships to eligible individuals without discrimination. The organization is currently working in the militancy-infested J&K region to help students from that politically tough region return to school.
