Developing a Green House or Shade Net House?
The National Horticulture Board of India encourages farmers to use alternative methods of farming like Poly House Farming, Shade Net Techniques etc. under Protected Farming Measures for farmers with low resources. Farming prevents crops from damage due to Natural Calamities and uncertain weather conditions. This helps in avoiding crop loss and thus ensure farmers of productivity boost.

Moreover the National Horticulture Board of the Agriculture Ministry Of India has also announced a subsidy of 50% on alternative methods of protected Farming.
Owing to this, Poly house & Shade net house techniques are becoming very popular amongst the farmers. Despite this, small farmers are not able to exploit the technology due to high costs and lack of knowledge to procure resources and schemes.
But not anymore now. Well Known Agri Expert Mr. Kamal Joshi has lent his valuable knowledge for the benevolence of farmers. He helps farmers to gain subsidy, following procedures which is all available online now. Under his guidance more than 200 plus farmers have procured the 50% scheme for investment in Shade Net Farming And Poly House Farming.

Subsidy on Green House & Net Shade House
Up to 50% subsidy is given by the government for the construction of Green House & Shade net House. The provision of subsidy is decided by National Horticulture Board, Agriculture Ministry Of India.
Who can apply for Subsidy?
Any farmer who have Agriculture Land can apply for the subsidy of Green House and Shaded Net House.
How to Apply
Online application can be done on National Horticulture Board, Agriculture Ministry Of India website www.nhb.gov.in for IPA (In Principle Approval)
Post approval farmers need to take apply for a bank loan.
Documents Required for Applying Online IPA Subsidy Application.
The following documents are required from the farmers to apply for the benefits of the subsidy of Green House & Net Shade.
- Land ownership certificate of the farmer.
- Permanent Resident Certificate.
- Aadhar Card & Pan Card. Aadhar Link Mobile Number
- Copy of bank passbook
- Passport size photograph of the applicant
- Map of the area or farm where the Poly house/ Greenhouse/ Shade net house structure is to be constructed.
- Soil & Water test report
- Certificate of Minor, Marginal, Scheduled Caste & Scheduled Tribe, if applicable.
What are government charges
Application charges are - Below 50 lacs - 5000
- Above 50 lacs -10000
