Celebrity fitness trainer Omkar Shewale prioritizes internal health over aesthetic well-being

Being a fitness coach to India's popular singer Darshan Rawal, he states that the audience is highly fascinated with the lifestyle of celebrities. Omkar says, "People should not follow their favourite stars blindly. They need to understand that celebrities invest a lot of time in workout sessions to look good on screen. For any working professional, dedicating a lot of time to fitness looks unrealistic. That is one of the reasons to set fitness goals and work towards them accordingly."
While fitness has gained tremendous traction from one and all, the goals set by everyone are poles apart. On one hand, some might want to lose weight and stay fit, and on the other hand, one might want to develop a lean muscular physique and have a jaw-dropping aesthetic body. As different people have different goals, Omkar suggests that everyone should have a common approach towards fitness. "Eating clean and avoiding processed food is something one must take care of. I even believe that staying hydrated and getting adequate sleep is important for a human body to function properly", says Shewale.
In a time when the world is obsessed with six-pack abs and aesthetic bodies, Omkar Shewale urges all the budding fitness enthusiasts to focus on their internal health first. "It is only when you are fit from within, you can work on your exterior personality", the fitness trainer adds. He furthermore suggests not to follow celebrity workout regimens available over the internet. It is a known fact that actors are trained under proper guidance and the same should not be repeated by people as every human body might react differently to different workout schedules.
Omkar Shewale comes from the Satara region of Maharashtra. He considers fitness as an integral part of his life. The fitness trainer has been passionate about living a healthy life since college. More so, his aim to transform people's lives has brought tremendous change among many people.
