Aditya Ganeshwade’s Atenx Performance Studio incorporates S&C Certification programs to educate budding coache
If there is one thing that the pandemic has taught us is to value our health. The global pandemic is not over yet, and the cases have recently witnessed an upward trend. However, it is encouraging to see people focus on becoming physically fit. Knowing the secret to leading a healthy and sustainable life, it is imperative to have the right coach by your side. And to bring a remarkable change, sports brand Atenx has brought a one-of-a-kind model under Atenx Performance Studio.
Located in Pune, the exclusive fitness studio has been a one-stop destination for improving overall well-being. Recently, it was reported that Atenx Performance Studio is expanding in Mumbai and Bengaluru. Unlike other gyms and fitness centres, Atenx Performance Studio has caught everyone's attention because of several programs like HIIT, cross-fit, aerobics, yoga, strength training and conditioning, rehabilitation and physiotherapy services.

Taking things a notch higher, the fitness studio is incorporating a classroom setup to provide S&C (Strength & Conditioning) Certification and personal training certification. Thanks to the vision of Aditya Ganeshwade, founder of Atenx and the skipper of the Indian roll ball team. Under his leadership, Atenx has flourished by leaps and bounds from its inception in 2018.
It is also interesting to know that Atenx Performance Studio is a playground for fitness freaks and athletes. In other words, athletes training for national and international levels can train with other gym members. Now that is a unique concept started by Ganeshwade and his team. The latest S&C certification and personal training certification is to educate and train aspiring coaches to learn the best about health and fitness. For certification programs, Aditya and his team have curated different courses about strength & conditioning.
Moreover, Aditya is ecstatic to recognise this certification just like any other educational course. To know more about the certification program, we contacted the Indian roll ball skipper. He said, "We have a team of highly-educated and experienced fitness experts who will educate and train amateur fitness enthusiasts in becoming coaches. We intend to share theoretical and practical knowledge with budding athletes. The studio already has fully equipped machines for workouts and other educational purposes."
As Atenx continues to create waves under its fitness studio, the sports brand has also imbibed sustainability for a better future. Atenx is already manufacturing dry-fit t-shirts by recycling plastic bottles. The same approach will be followed for other outfits and accessories of the brand. Apart from being a mainstream sports brand, Aditya Ganeshwade is working towards making the brand reach newer heights on a pan-India level.
