Young woman shot dead in Delhi

The deceased, identified as Sonam, was allegedly shot dead by two unidentified youths, her family told police.

New Delhi, Dec 14: A 21-year-old woman was shot dead today under mysterious circumstances in northeast Delhi's Seelampur area, police said.

The deceased, identified as Sonam, was allegedly shot dead by two unidentified youths, her family told police. Sonam was rushed to hospital by her family members where she was declared brought dead.

Police has began probing the matter from different angles including the possibility of personal enmity, police said.
