Tehelka sexual harassment case: Tarun Tejpal to move court?

New Delhi, Nov 24: And now, after cross examination of Tarun Tejpal's statements, he is contemplating moving court in a bid to get the probe transferred.

Times Now reported that Tejpal was planning to move courts and ask that the investigation into the matter be moved from the Goa police to an independent agency.

The channel also said that a writ petition was being prepared, questioning the impartiality of the probe if it were to be conducted in Goa.

Meanwhile other reports indicated that the Goa police were getting to set to file additional charges against Tejpal, including that of criminal intimidation.
