Sushmaji is an expert in theatrics, says Sonia Gandhi

New Delhi, Aug 7: With firm determination on the fourth day, Congress leaders were seen protesting against the suspension of their MPs here.

Congress president Sonia Gandhi was seen raising slogans alongwith other party leaders. Speaking to reporters she hit out at External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj and said: "Sushmaji theatrics karne mei maahir hain (Sushma ji is an expert in theatrics)."

On asking whether she would've helped Lalit Modi's ailing wife, Sonia said: "I would have done my best to help the lady but not by breaking the law."

Sushma Swaraj had said on Thursday, Aug 7 that she was ready to face the consequences if helping former IPL chairman Lalit Modi's wife on humanitarian grounds was a crime.

BJP on the other hand, said that Congress is against debate and development.'
