Addressing the Congress Parliamentary Party meeting on Monday, Aug 3 Sonia said 'that the PM has been very free with his promises yet he seems totally incapable of delivering on them.'

She went on to question Modi's silence and said: "PM goes into 'maun vrat' mode when faced with scandals."

She also said that the party will continue to demand resignations of Sushma Swaraj and Vasundhara Raje for extending help to Lalit Modi.

"There is mountain of evidence in public domain for PM to require resignations of MEA, two CMs. We are raising very important issue with strong evidence, but government is unwilling to take action in this regard," she said.
