WIll Somnath Bharti face another FIR?
New Delhi, Jan 29: A Delhi Court is likely announce today, whether a second police complaint should be filed in the midnight raid led by Delhi Law Minister Somnath Bharti.

The court is hearing a plea by one of the African nationals who was involved in the raid seeking that a fresh FIR be lodged against unknown people who allegedly molested her during the raid.

Metropolitan Magistrate Chetna Singh had reserved the order saying that there was no need for a seperate FIR following the woman's complaint since it was the same incident and a case which has already been registered.

Ugandan woman alleged that she was molested during the raid

Bharti drew a lot of flak for conducting a midnight raid in Khirki where he forced the police officials to search the homes of Ugandan women on the grounds of trafficking drugs and sex. He even forced some women to give urine samples for drug tests, which later out turned to be negative.

During the raid, some women said that Bharti along with his supporters beat them and even molested them, which Bharti said was not true.
