Shocking video: Delhi's serial dog killer brutally stabs puppies, caught on camera

New Delhi, March 21: Delhi Police is on its toes after shocking footage of a man killing three puppies outside Delhi's Green Park Metro station has emerged.

The gruesome video shows a man dressed in shorts and a jacket with a knife in his hands killing puppies at the Metro station. Termed as 'Delhi's serial dog killer' the man is seen luring dogs with food and then stabbing them with a knife.

A police van received a call on March 15 about three dogs lying in a pool of blood. When police officials arrvied at the spot they saw three puppies butchered.

Officials immediately examined the CCTV footage only to fins a man killng them mercilessly. The footage also reveals the man throwing the puppies from a flight of stairs and even flinging one of them in the air before throwing it against the wall.

Police had on Sunday said they have formed two teams to track him down.

Meanwhile, two NGOs have announced a reward of Rs one lakh for any information about the man in the CCTV footage.

The CCTV footage has gone viral on social media with many people asking for help and urging people to come forward with any information.

Officials say that the man could be a serial dog killer since they have received similar complaints about another dog's death from a nearby area.
