First Tharoor, now Sheila: Narendra Modi's fans from the rival party

's fan base seems to be increasing day by day and this time it is none other than Former Kerala Governor and ex-Delhi CM

who has praised the PM.

In a report published by Indian Express (read here) Sheila Dikshit has praised Narendra Modi and said that when she met him in July, 'she saw a confident man with a vision and a new language.'

However she quickly added that there was still time to see how everything would be implemented.

She said: "I saw a confident man with a vision when I went to meet him but a big 'but' is how all this would be practically implemented. He started with acche din ayenge. Now that has completely dropped from his vocabulary."

On Tuesday however she clarified her stand and said that 'all she did was said that she found him confident.' "Whoever wins does appear confident," he said.
