Shazia Ilmi slams Kejriwal's silence
New Delhi, March 5: BJP leader Shazia Ilmi on Thursday slammed Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, saying even though the latter chose to maintain silence over the ongoing crisis in the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) everything was happening at his behest.
Ilmi, one of the founder-members of the AAP who left the party in May last year accusing lack of internal democracy and Kejriwal's jail politics, told journalists here that the Delhi chief minister found it convenient to remain silent and act as a pious messiah. Recently, she said leaders like Yogendra Yadav and Prashant Bhushan are spine of the AAP, who had worked with utmost sincerity.
She said the problem that the AAP is facing today was raised by her in the past as well.
