Delhi: Setback for Kejriwal, molestation charge hurled against AAP MLA

, Dec 10: Days after their magnificent debut in political journey in Delhi,

and his party -- Aam Aadmi Party (

) faced one of the most embarrassing charges. The youngest MLA of the party -- Dharmendra Singh Koli has been booked under molestation charges.

However, AAP leaders refused to accept any allegation against Koli terming the case a "political conspiracy" and "fake case". Koli and his party leaders claimed that other party leaders have been trying to malign their images.

Surprisingly, the complainant was the wife of Congress candidate against whom Koli won the election from Seemapuri in Delhi. Losing Congress MLA Veer Singh Dhingan's wife accused Koli of entering into their house forcefully. She also claimed that Koli along with his companions allegedly misbehaved with her during their victory march on Monday, Dec 9.

AAP, in the recently concluded assembly election in Delhi, created history winning 28 seats in the very first entry into politics. On the contrary, Congress, which ruled the national capital for last 15 years, managed to grab 8 seats only. BJP got highest number of seats -- 32.
