Rahul Gandhi to address second election rally in Delhi today

All senior Delhi Congress leaders, including Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit, PCC chief J P Agrawal, AICC secretary general in-charge for Delhi Shakeel Ahmed, MPs, and state ministers are likely to be present in the rally.
The assembly elections in Delhi are scheduled to take place on December 4.
Rahul held the first rally in the national capital at Mangolpuri in northwest Delhi on October 27 where he had strongly pitched for Delhi's development model and the food security scheme and sought the people's support for Sheila Dikshit to be voted into office for a fourth term.
Meanwhile, it has also been reported that the UPA chairman Sonia Gandhi and PM Manmohan Singh will be addressing rallies in Shastri Park in east Delhi on November 24 and in west Delhi's Tilak Nagar on November 27 respectively.
The assembly elections in Delhi are scheduled to take place on December 4. The election results will be declared on December 8.
