Gandhi will leave for Nagpur on Wednesday evening and will begin his country-wide padyatra from Vidharbha, Maharashtra on April 30.

Meanwhile, post Rahul's visit to Punjab, CM Parkash Singh Badal announced Rs 4,000 crore funds for the farmers hit in the state and the procurement within the next 34-hours.
Rahul on Wednesday said: "Yesterday, I had discussions with farmers, I've tried to share their pain. PM talks about 'Make In India'. Who contributes more than farmers in 'Make In India'.
Speaking for the farmers in the state Rahul said that no one hears the farmers over here. "I have come to listen to them," he said. The Government should help out the farmers since they contribute more to 'Make in India.'
Rahul took a train to Punjab on Tuesday and visited mandis in Khanna and Gobindgarh to asses the situation there. Farmers across Punjab are protesting the tardy lifting of wheat stocks.
