Rahul Gandhi calls Vaidik an RSS man, demands clarification from govt

Rahul said that he was curious to know if the Indian embassy was aware of the meeting. "We are curious to know if the Indian Embassy felicitated this meeting. The question is whether the government sanctioned the meeting.
It is known that Vaidik is an RSS man," he said and demanded that the government must clarify in this matter.
Meanwhile BJP dismissed RSS link with the meeting. BJP MP Rajiv Pratap Rudy said that government has nothing to do with Vaidik. "Rahul Gandhi just wants to be seen in the public after his defeat," he said.
On Monday several Congress MPs demanded to know why Vaidik, a freelance journalist met Saeed on July 2. Saeed, founder of Lashkar-e-Taiba is accused of plotting several terror strikes in India including the 26/11 attacks in Mumbai.
