Nirmala Sitharaman's Twitter account briefly hacked
New Delhi, Nov 12: Commerce and industry minister Nirmala Sitharaman's official Twitter handle was briefly hacked on Thursday.
A tweet promoting a product was posted on her official Twitter handle - @CimGOI.
Few of her followers alerted the minister about the tweet.
"Thanks for alerting on the possible hacking...We are having it looked into. Thanks again," the minister said in her tweet.
The promotional tweet was later taken down.
