Narendra Modi likely to be named BJP's PM candidate, leaves for Delhi

Narendra Modi is likely to meet LK Advani ahead of the meet.
Even as Congress continues to rubbish the news saying, that the voters wont allow Modi to rise up, party chief Rajnath Singh made one last attempt to convince LK Advani to support the party;s decision.
Singh, according to some reports, already called the Shiv Sena and told them that the decision had been taken and that Narendra Modi will be nominated. While Shiv Sena gave the thumbs up for the decision, party dissenters in the BJP too changed their stance starting with Sushma Swaraj and Murali Manohar Joshi, who back the party.
Friday was quite an eventful day for the BJP as the party members attended one meeting after the another prior to the announcement.
Earlier during the day Nitin Gadkari and Ananth Kumar met Sushma Swaraj. Later on all three of them met LK Advani in order to convince him and seek his support in the party's decision.
