Narendra Modi to visit China, Mongolia and South Korea
New Delhi, May 5: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be visiting China on May 14, Ministry of External Affairs said on Tuesday. While there, Modi is likely to discuss India's trade deficit and border issues with China.
Modi will visit China for three days starting May 14. He will also be visiting Chinese President Xi Jinping's hometown.

Modi will also meet important business leaders in Seoul, MEA added. Following this, Modi will visit Mongolia and South Korea. This will be first trip by an Indian Prime Minister to Mongolia.
Modi had on Monday made his debut on Chinese social media platform, Weibo and had even posted a message in Mandarin [Ahead of his China visit, Narendra Modi joins Chinese social media site Weibo]. Chinese media said that Modi's debut on Weibo was a 'big hit.'
While on his visit to China, Modi will be visiting the famous Wild Goose Pagoda in Xi'an province. Modi will also attend an event organised by the Indian community in China.
In Mongolia, his engagement will be on May 17.
