Kaushambi attack: AAP reveals numbers of attackers' vehicles

New Delhi, Jan 9: The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) on Wednesday issued a press release condemning the attack on its office in Kaushambi in Ghaziabad in Uttar Pradesh. It said the attackers were shouting negative and derogatory words against party leaders like Arvind Kejriwal, Prashant Bhushan and the party. The armed protesters entered the premises and attacked the volunteers and when they managed to lock themselves inside another room, the attackers vandalised the property in the office.

The entire act of violence continued for 25 minutes and was captured by the CCTV camera installed in the premises. Hindu Raksha Dal leader Pincky Chaudhary was leading the protest, said the release. The attackers fled before the police arrived.

The AAP also revealed details of the vehicles which were used by the protesters. The vehicles included a Tata Safari (No. DL 7C K 3230), Mahindra Scorpio (UP 14 BW 0234), Hyundai Eon (UP 14 CB 8565), Skoda Fabia (DL 7C K 7092) and two other vehicles (numbered UP 14 R 4577and UP 14 BJ 3482).

The AAP has sought quick action on the matter.
