Jaswant Singh denies Modi wave, says will not join the BJP

Singh on Friday spoke to reporters and said: "I will not join the BJP." He said that he may support the NDA government on matters of national issues but will not join the BJP. Singh however, didn't deny that he may extend his support to the UPA-goevrnment too.
"If I feel that the agenda of the UPA or a Third Front is for the greater good of the country, I may support them," he said. He said that this election season the political parties had lost their moral compass and that the level of political discourse had hit a low point.
When asked about the 'Modi wave' that seems to have gripped the whole country, Singh dismissed it and said: "In Barmer there is only a heat wave."
