New Delhi, Feb 17: Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi met members of an NGO today in New Delhi. During his meeting he interacted with disabled people.

Later during the day, Gandhi met sarpanches from Jammu and Kashmir at his residence here. He interacted with the sarpanch heads and spoke to them. Gandhi has been interacting with many members of the civil society, NGO, farmers and members of the panchayat community in order to seek their opinion on the Congress part poll manifesto.
