Human bombs targetting Narendra Modi rallies: Intelligence sources

Security agencies have been alerted and intense combing is reportedly taking place in areas of eastern Uttar Pradesh and Bihar. A three-tier security has also been put up around the BJP's PM candidate. The Intelligence Bureau has reportedly alerted, saying that the attack may be on the lines of assassination of former prime minister Rajiv Gandhi by the LTTE in Tamil Nadu in May 1991. A female suicide bomber had killed Rajiv Gandhi while greeting him. Now however, the alert hasn't specified the gender of the likely attacker.
Two human bombs are reportedly waiting for the right moment to strike
Security agencies also suspect that the chances of the attempt on Modi's life could be the most in his own constituencies, namely, Varanasi and Vadodara.
Narendra Modi kick-started Bharat Vijay rallies on Tuesday at Hiranagar in Kathua district of Jammu and Kashmir. He followed it with two rallies in Bulandshahr in Uttar Pradesh and New Delhi later in the day.
