High humidity levels leave Delhiites sweating

New Delhi, Jul 15: Delhiites woke up to a sultry morning on Tuesday with a humidity level of 80 per cent.

The minimum temperature was recorded at 28.5 degree Celsius, two notches above normal.

The maximum temperature is expected to be around 36 degree Celsius, the MeT department said.

The humidity level recorded till 8.30 AM was 80 per cent.

The weatherman has predicted partly cloudy skies with the possibility of light rains and thundershowers in some areas.

Yesterday, the maximum temperature settled at 36.6 degrees Celsius, three notches above normal while the minimum was recorded at 25.9 degrees Celsius, one point below normal.
