New Delhi, Nov 25: A special CBI court on Monday held dentist couple Rajesh Talwar and Nupur Talwar guilty of the murder of their daughter Aarushi Talwar and domestic help Hemraj Banjade nearly five-and-a-half years ago.

Both of them broke down on hearing the verdict. They were taken into custody immediately after the verdict was announced by the court.

The couple was convicted under sections 302 (murder), 201 (destruction of evidence) and 34 (common intent). Rajesh was additionally charged for lodging a misleading FIR under section 203.

Terming as "extremely prejudiced" CBI's judgement in the Aarushi-Hemraj murder case, Nupur Talwar's sister Vandana today said the family will not give up and raised doubts over the agency's probe.

"We are not going to give up," an agitated Vandana told reporters outside the special CBI court in Ghaziabad.
