Meanwhile, the maximum temperature recorded was 33.7°C, slightly below average for this time of year.

The India Meteorological Department (IMD) predicts more rain for Delhi NCR. A cloudy sky with light rain or drizzle is expected throughout Sunday. Areas such as Bahadurgarh and Manesar might experience light to moderate rainfall with thunderstorms and lightning. Light rain is likely across regions including Noida, Gurugram, and Faridabad.

On Saturday, the minimum temperature was 25.7°C, which is 1.4 degrees below normal. However, humidity remained high at 90% by late afternoon. This combination of weather conditions has led to a dip in temperatures but not in humidity levels.

In Gurugram, commuters faced challenges navigating the waterlogged Delhi-Gurugram expressway after Thursday's heavy rainfall. Visuals from Deoli Vidhan Sabha highlighted severe waterlogging issues that added to commuter difficulties. Sarojini Nagar and Connaught Place were particularly affected by overnight showers.

The IMD has advised residents to prepare for continued wet conditions in the coming days. As rain persists, authorities are working to manage traffic disruptions and ensure safety for both drivers and pedestrians across affected areas.
