Formation of Rayala-Telangana can't be ruled out: Digvijay Singh

Speaking to media persons here, Singh said the draft bill on the matter would be sent to Andhra Pradesh assembly after the Group of Ministers give its report. Singh, however, refused to comment when asked why Andhra Pradesh's Deputy Chief Minister Damodar Rajanarasimha was often speaking about the Rayala-Telangana proposal, saying he didn't want to reveal private discussions.
Singh hinted that the Andhra assembly would have little bearing on the decision
Singh, who is in charge of the party affairs in the southern state, also suggested that the decision of the Andhra assembly would have little bearing on the formation of the Telangana state. Replying to a question on whether the Bill would be passed in the state legislature, he said the draft bill would be sent to the assembly only for comments.
Singh hoped that the process of forming the new state would be completed in the next few days.
