Delhities turned away by Kejriwal's grievance cell team
Reports suggest that nearly 7,000 complaints are likely to go unattended as the team behind the grievance cell refused to help the common man.
The cell which was established on January 13 was introduced with the aim to help citizens of Delhi file a complaint with against issues. However, once Kejriwal quit, the team behind the cell advised the people to register their complaints with government departments that handles public grievances.
Out of 10,000 complaints received till February 14 only 3,500 complaints were resolved. AAP volunteers said that unless Lt Governor Najeeb Jung was going back on his decision on implementing the President's rule in Delhi the cell will not be functional.
Though several complaints were looked into, looks like the pleas of the aam aadmi have been falling on deaf years. Hope Mr Kejriwal is listening.
